Crazy But it Helps
You have heard of those people who wear foil beanies to keep the aliens from reading their minds? Yeah, well I think that our Government is reading my mind and didn’t have any idea how to test my theory, or how to prevent it. So I tried making a few to see if it would help keep my thoughts in my head and not beaming around the globe.
I have to tell anyone out there who also wants to make one, that it is comforting, though I can not tell if my brainwaves are staying put or not. I tried some of the cheap foil from Wal-Mart and it is simply too weak and breaks all the time. Even when I use multiple layers, it’s just flimsy and pulls my hair. I switched to Reynolds Aluminum Foil and that is some quality foil. It crumples and keeps its shape nicely against your head, and when you crimp around the edges, it really holds.
So I wear my foil hat to bed especially, when I am not alert and able to defend myself from these people who want to suck out my thoughts and control me. Taking the foil hat and squishing it tight against my head, I can feel the crumply foil and it burns a little as I mash it into place. That mashing sensation is so very comforting – kind of like poking at a bruise to make certain it still hurts. I love my hat.
